We are currently looking for:
Community Care Staff
We are looking for people to join our team of community carers. As a Care Assistant you would have a great opportunity to make a real difference to peoples’ lives in supporting them to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
The key skills that we are looking for is that you have a compassionate, kind, and caring nature. Although previous experience would be an advantage it is not essential as full training is given.
We have flexible shift patterns and hours available.
As a carer you will help the elderly with:
- Getting ready for the day
- Bathing, washing, and showering
- Assisting with medication
- Meal preparation
- Social and leisure outings
- Ironing and light housework
- Help with shopping

Senior Carers
We are also looking for experienced carers to join us as Senior Carers. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop as a carer with opportunities to progress to Team Leader/Supervisor level.
Compassion HomeCare is run by Eniko Benfield. Eniko is a Registered Nurse, and this is a unique opportunity to learn, improve and develop in your career as a carer.
As a member of our Senior Care Team, you will look after our more complex clients. You will also be involved in reviewing client care needs and proposing ways to improve their care.
You will receive full training to support you in this role.
